Roger McDougal is our Pastor.  His wife Heather is the director of Tiny Town Preschool.  Roger has been at West Side since birth.  Along the way he had stops in college and 2 stops in the ministry.  Both Roger and Heathers love for the Lord is evident in all that they do!

Prior to becoming pastor, Roger was head of the science department at Kellyville High School.  For a time he coached wrestling with one athlete accomplishing multiple year state championships, six other state qualifiers, and two additional state placers.  He was a 2-time teacher of the year recipient at Kellyville Middle School and 6-time nominee at Kellyville High School along with Sapulpa High School.  Bob Hurley awarded him with Tulsa's News on 6 Impactful Teacher Recipient.
